"Carly Pearce" debuted at #6 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart (with 4,900 copies sold in its first week). It also peaked at #73 on the Billboard 200.
As of March 2020, the album has sold 6,800 copies and 83,000 in units consumed.

Cillea Houghton from Sounds Like Nashville wrote: "With her sophomore album, Pearce proves that she’s an artist confidently coming into her own, as the work feels more developed than her debut."
